Aluminum is light, strong and rust-free, and it is one of the trickiest metals to weld. It conducts heat quickly, forms an oxide skin that must be removed and can crack when it is handled badly.
We weld aluminum across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, including trailers, boat parts, rails, frames and tanks. We clean and prepare the metal, use TIG or MIG processes with suitable filler and control heat so the joint is strong and the part keeps its shape.
What you get

Process chosen for thickness and use.
Cracks, broken mounts and new fabrications.

The process
We confirm the alloy and condition, since some alloys weld better than others.
The joint is cleaned, fitted and welded.
Welds are cleaned and checked for fit and leaks if applicable.
FAQ
Many alloys can. Some cast and heat-treated alloys are difficult, and we tell you if a repair is not recommended.
Poor cleaning, heat damage or the wrong filler are common causes. Proper preparation prevents most of them.
We repair metal parts such as frames, rails and trailers. Hull repairs depend on the construction.
